If you are from outside the Omaha metro area but need a hotel room the night before or after surgery, please call our surgery schedulers at 800-231-2020 for a list of hotels.  Several local hotels provide discounted rates to surgical patients.

A large portion of our practice is devoted to delivering specialized ophthalmology care to rural patients in their own communities.  Our surgeons operate at community hospitals in Iowa, Nebraska and Missouri, and in total provide outreach services to eighteen communities outside the metropolitan area.  In most communities, we partner with the local optometrists, ophthalmologists or family physicians to share in the management of a patient's vision care.  These outreach services are provided as a convenience to our patients but also allow Midwest Eye Care to support the local hospitals, physicians and community at large.    We provide surgical services at the following community hospitals:
